before eating or working out
using map my run to log workouts, doing bikram consistently
funny how weight can be affected just by bloat/water retention had a weigh in few days back maybe 5? weighed in 119!
been using same scale throughout these weigh ins and having other aspects of my weight is helpful! including:
bf%: 19.3
metabolic age: 12
weight of muscle: 86.4
diets been disciplined after going out, tons of veggies and one quest bar when i'm off work
112.8 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 112.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
