Two doctors appointments yesterday and ate things I shouldn't have. I know a jump like this is partly fluid retention, so I am not going to beat myself up about it. Today is a new day. Ending on a positive note, my kidneys are holding in a normal range!
262.1 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 127.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
