Another late dinner, 9:30, bad, but it's fine. I swam before a supposed storm and I had a really great swim even though it wan't a PR. What I did was swam at a good clip, felt super strong and managed to do the whole thing in the low end of my heart rate range. That means we're going to be turning up the current a notch.

835 strokes, 10.5 METs. average heart rate 116. Getting stronger, really loving that I'm getting better again. Muscle up, water up, blob up a tiny notch.

thanks, guys. this is the stuff I live for. no longer a baby, actually getting better at stuff is hard when your body really just wants to fall apart.
