Woke up at 5 stewing about beach, etc, ordering bags and bottles, etc. so got up. Email still not working, but thankfully internet is, so I can at least get my email that way. Going to aerobics this morning, then Trader Joe's, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Kroger, library and Pike's, trying to get various errands done. Tomorrow will take car to get cleaned up, and Thursday possibly visit Ken and Jane if time allows. Going to Garden club tonight - it has been so long since I last attended...
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
