I was somewhat discouraged by weighing myself everyday starting last week and not see the numbers move. Especially using the new scale. Made myself fustrated to say the least. Well stepped on scale and I dropped 2 pounds. Slowly moving on this turtle crawl and trying not to throw it all in the bag as the saying goes! I have to remind myself to keep going, don't give up, don't lose sight because you are losing, it's just slow going..
151.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
