Yay - I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks now and this morning I am FINALLY going down again :) Walking is SO helpful for me! It is very easy to make a smart snack choice after walking at lunch - I don't want to negate all the calories I burned walking :) Happy Friday y'all ! ! ! !
257.2 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
