shocked and happy as hell... after a week of not the GREATEST choices and friday night all you can eat sushi and wine for the 7th anniversary supper i am sooooooooooooo happy to report i havent gained a gram !!
144.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
