alright weighed in after 6 days of sensible eating not following the plan and eating fruit... to include 2 days of pancakes, and mac and cheese last night and my negatives have been off set by my positives cause i didnt gain but .2 pounds YEAH!!!! so back on track today I am going to keep with the fruit for now (i just feel better) liomited to only 2 a day.. but keep all other things back to "normal" hope everyone had a good weekend
197.2 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
