It is the direct result of being in dady home 🏡 and Nooruz festival for 17 days! I expect more off course but happily i jast added 1.3! New day new weigh 😅
186.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
