I'm very excited and nervous about starting this journey. While I've been thinking for a while that I really need to do something to address my weight issues, it was a (somewhat nasty) comment from a co-worker that pushed me into action. I guess I should be greatful, haha. Anyway, today went well. I was able to complete a three mile walk and stay pretty close to my calorie goal. All of that with time to watch a movie before bed! yay!
