4/1/22 ...Diet went to HELL all weekend.Carrabas on Friday night for Birthday party. Pasta, Italian garlic bread, fried shrimp. Italian cake for desert.

4/2/22 .... CASINO... That speaks for itself !!

4/3/22 .... CASINO .......Bacon cheese burger /Ribeye for supper.


4/4/22...... BACK ON PROGRAM !!! Going to keep it REAL until GOOD FRIDAY...
235.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
