I never dreamed when I started this journey at 371 lbs that I could actually do it this time. Alot of things have changed in my life to give me this new willpower and determination. Thank you God for being my biggest supporter! I am so happy and proud of myself. I have tried this a hundred times before with no success and then the depression set in, not gonna happen this time. so glad i found fatsecret too, sure makes it easier to keep up with everything. Looking forward to next Friday's weigh in :)
