Went to aerobics - good class. Whole Foods, then home to water, etc. Visited Ken at Kindred Hospital - he seems to be in good spirits and making progress. Came home for salad lunch, then stopped at Attic Treasures in Chamblee that Alice Noland was raving about last Sunday...clothes not sorted by size, and some racks way high off the ground. I didn't stay long, so got to Jane Roszel at Canterbury before 4. Had cut flowers for both Jane and Ken. Going to walk w Mol, then have a quiet evening with lobster for dinner! Need to make cheese dish for tomorrow, and re-crisp crackers and tortilla chips, get baby card, etc. ready to go.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
