28% body fat. unpreparedness has had me eating improperly but the physical nature of ny work has kept the weight off. However, I realize that a healthy diet is essential to good health, skin and mind.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
