slept well though up at 5:30. Went to aerobics, then Target where I got 3 sleeveles workout shirts. Bathed, and was ready for Shawn Bunting who came to do the painting estimate. Been working with branders.com on water bottles, and getting feedback from Green Guild, Emily, and Beth McDonald. Called Ken to go visit, but Barry is with him today. Finally got in touch with Jane and got her schedule down - probably go see her later in the week.
Have done some organizational things, ordered an external hard drive from Dell. Was trying to learn more about the laptop and a guy called me saying it was sending error msgs. He is Andy, a Windows technician in Ontario with an Indian sounding accent. He took control and cleaned up the errors, then said I had no firewall on the router, and others could get in. Need to check that out, and in the meantime not use the laptop. More beans and kale tonight, and Bones....vicki should call w more details about the 4th.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
