I took drastic measures the past week by abstaining away from food as much as I could. I have been eating only peanuts. I have added cashews and raisins and cheese - all highly caloric. I am pleased with my weight loss, but unhappy about so much belly fat to rid myself of. We will be traveling to the Poconos on the 18th of July where I will be truly indulging all types and portions of food. I am first looking forward to apple or blueberry pancakes with sausages and an egg omelette with cheese and peppers. I will try to continue my weight reduction. I am glad it came at a point where I did not have any food items stored up to be eaten and my mother did not have anything for me either. There is a birthday party in our schedule this Saturday. I am told that Orderves are on the menu. The days have been warm with temperatures in the 80s so I have been having a lot of fluids. Well I hope to continue shedding some calories. Stay tuned.
