Thank you for the +0.7, Ramadan!
Even though Ramadan only started two days ago, the weight gain is starting to rear its ugly head!
So upset, too. This Ramadan, I've skipped all the deadly Ramadan traditions: No apricot juice, no post iftar kunafa or basboosa (Calorie bombs!), No dates dipped in cream, only 2 dates per day and regular dates rather than medjool dates and I've substituted my regular sohour consisting of 2 sandwiches with one involving a fruit plus milk.
I've also been either walking for 1 hour at 3 mph or walking at 3 mph for a half hour and doing cardio for a half hour.
I also don't exceed my RDI.
Is it because there is a lot of fat in the diet? Is sticking to a specific calorie number not enough?
182.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
