only down 1 pound this week. this is week 3 for me and thats a total of 10 pounds. im happy but in order for me to lose my 15 pounds a month goal this summer i need 5 pounds lost by next week. so kicking it into overdrive. Happy Easter everyone!
305.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
