Today is a fresh start for me. Though I have been doing well for the past three weeks, I don't feel like I have been giving this the time and concentration that it deserves. Starting today I will be walking at least 30 minutes a day. Also, regular stretching before bed and when I get up. I have a new wardrobe planned for when I drop below 200lbs, which should only take me about two months if I stick with it. Wish me luck!
