This week was not a very good one. I'm happy, though, that I bounced back from all my bad eating choices from the beginning of the week. There was one point where the scale said 180 again! Had me a little nervous that I would have a weight gain, so staying the same is great.

This next week I will get below 175. I haven't been that light since... middle school? Yeowza.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
