walked this morning, can't remember what I had for breakfast. Salad for lunch I think. I did find an Indian aquamarine rug onlne which I ordered - called a prairie rug. It should be here this week I hope, and also hope I like it. 3x5 seems a good size, not the 4x6 I had thought. I worked on the salad for Callanwolde tonight - had gone to the grocery store this morning, and bought a lot, plus got the Publix chicken wings I promised to bring. I heated them before taking with me. I went to Noreen's and drove us from there. Elaine, Jeff, and Sue Mc had gotten a table - they set up inside due to wet grass. We had tuna salad, fruit, my offerings and Sue Mc brought some gf cookies by Udi which she was proud of - will bring the rest to L&F - they were ok - I only ate one, and was plenty full.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
