Another pound down! It seems like it gets slower to lose or is it just me?
Easter this Sunday and I am so thankful for everything in my life.
178#
BODY FAT 40% WAS 47 * still needs work!
BMI 28 WAS 38 * I'm now in a healthy range


Tried on the black dress my husband fell in love with. Still not ready to wear again. Maybe with another 15 lbs. or so and I will be ready!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
