No change..can't seem to get it down
124.5 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, those last pounds are tough. Switch things up. Up your protein and fiber. Kick up your exercise plan. Up the intensity or duration. Focus on power foods. Track honestly and drink that water. Good luck!
