You've been steady with your weightloss, that is great. I have the old cookbook. The one that is the hardcover, three-ring binder. I like that there are other foods listed in it that are not in our menu plan. Is the new cookbook like that?

I haven't too much that isn't on our plan. There is a lot to look at though and I haven't gotten through all of it yet. It just helps to have some variety instead of just eating chicken breasts all the time.

No too shabby?? That is GREAT!!! Keep up the fabulous job! You will be at your goal in no time!! As for the cookbook, I love it! You're absolutely right, it gives so much more of a variety! =0)
