20 on day 5, still not sure of the rules but started with 10 and have added 2 per day. I saw the uploaded plan but couldn't read it well. What are all the extra numbers?
I see reps and dates, but what is the 06 & 07?

I assumed it was "Day 6" and Day 7", etc., etc. The challenge didn't start on day 1 of June, so the challenge creator just used sequential numbers.
The numbers are blurry, but the first week, to me, looks like...
Day 1: 3
Day 2: 4
Day 3: 5
Rest Day
Day 5: 5
Day 6: 6
Day 7: 7
