not what i've been expecting or experiencing.
consistently losing, but at about two to four pounds a week.
but 4.5 pound drop in a night?

Three theories:
* scale broke
* getting six rather than three hours of sleep really did make a difference
* it not only felt like one, it was literally a four-pound poop

192.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
