Happy with the loss. Originally I thought it was 2 pounds, but after I put it in I realize it was only a half a pound. Which I'm still okay with. A loss is a loss. It's been a stressful week so I'm sure that cortisol in my body is pumping pretty good which can definitely affect things. After next week things should calm down again and maybe we'll see bigger numbers!
In other news SHOULD be closing on my house today. Right now I think the lender is doing his best to screw it up, but hopefully by the end of the day I have a new house!

Yay! Those half pounds add up :-) Its tough to keep on track when you're busy and stressed, so I definitely count that as a victory!
Congrats on the house- hope the closing goes smoothly!

thanks! Ironically I really didn't eat bad this week, but I had two really low calorie days and I could tell because laying in bed my tummy was grumbling, so really I think my body is hungry. And stressed. Especially since last week I felt like I overate and lost 2 pounds. But whatever it is - 0.5 or 5 I'll take it as long as it's a downward spiral!
