Started to walk, and felt my left ankle in pain on Vista Trail, so shortened it. i was sore from the Tuesday workout anyway, and had planned to walk w Mol tonight on Lenox Rd as she is taking it easy after hurting her hip in a tennis match a couple of months ago.

I met with Dan this afternoon and presented my idea of selling stainless steel bottles with the St. Luke's logo on them, this summer, and hopefully get people to bring them to Mass On the Grass in September, to cut back on some of the plastic bottles. I was excited that he liked the idea and gave the go-ahead.

Mol and I walked all the way to the tennis courts, starting about 7, and it took nearly an hour...had flounder for dinner, and fell asleep in the chair until 3 a.m. Didn't sleep very well after that.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
