Thank you, am I bit stuck at the mo, going up and down round the high 140s.. thought with all the efforts, I would have dropped into the 130's by now. Such a see saw. It can be a little frustrating. How do you guys deal with plateaus?? I'm nearly minded to shoot up some calories for a few days and see if I can jolt this, stubbornnesses :(

"Fit and nerdy" is a youtuber with some interesting ideas on how to manage plateaus. If you search that combination, I'll bet she pops right up.

I'm on a plateau, and I'm trying to think of it as "stabilizing". Like I've nudged my body down this far, let's give it a chance to get used to it. Ever seen someone coaxing a hesitant puppy down the stairs, one step at a time? 🐶 Kind of like that
