Katsolo's Journal, 21 March 2022

Monday morning reboot. Interesting that I'm slightly dehydrated this morning as I feel like I drank a ton of water yesterday.

Walked dogs to the park, rolled around in the grass, took pics (may do later, work busy). All by itself, that makes yesterday a good day. Got home and took an evening swim since the wind finally died down. 861 strokes, 10.6METs, average heart rate 156. Minor equipment failures, but decided to push through without stopping.

Took a break from chicken and stayed away from computers. good combo.

Onwards.
