had zachs 2 days in a row with cider and caesar but made up for it with veggie vegan days, feel good, this weigh in i had a fit slam with hearty wheat pancakes and a pasta bake with only veggies half sauce and a full can of roma tomatoes and salad was tasty, before any exercise after b
113.0 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
