I dont know what's the deal..... I recieved a 21 day challenge from a friend about a month ago. I decided this morning I'd start it today.
No chips
No Soda
No diet soda
No chocolate
No candy
No cookies or biscuits
no fast food
no cakes, pastried or muffins
198.4 lb Lost so far: 93.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

chocolate I have done so so on. Cake with at least a dozen birthdays from June to September it is so hard

I am trying to give myself a birthday gift in August and that's to be 175. I ony had 17 lbs to go now Im up to 23...
