I don't know if starting bike riding shook my body out of it's latest stall, but the scale is heading down again. I just might hit my mini-goal of 30 lbs total by July 1.
244.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
