Went a little higher than originally planned on my calorie intake yesterday, but I'm still maintaining. I know it seems obvious, but it's becoming very clear that exercise added will be the only way I'll see the progressive gains.
Water challenge has been very easy. 3000 ml = 101.5oz 12oz when I get to work. 32oz throughout the morning. 32oz in the afternoon. 2 x 16oz glasses when I get home/for dinner/in the evening min. 108oz a day. I definitely wasn't doing that before the challenge, but I plan on keeping that going afterward.
Soda and coffee intake has gone down which is good as well.

Diet followed reasonably well.
