Just starting Slim fast for a few weeks before a wedding reception. Even though I broke down on day 2 and ordered a fatty dinner I was still eating less calories had I not been on Slim Fast for Breakfast and Lunch.
I am using this to help me remember portion size, calorie amounts, reduce my candy intake, and curb my excessive pattern of eating out.
