I know I weighed in yesterday, but I was so happy this morning.My husband Jamie's blood sugar was 103. It has been keeping steady for the 5 days we've been on this diet!😝 Today is day 6. We are to drink 12 8oz glasses of water. We each have a 24oz water bottle we keep near by. We just need to drink them 3x each day.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
