GOOD Evening . My oh My, what a beautiful week we'v had!!! John and I going for walks now that the stone bruises on my feet are healing. The only other thing I need to tkae care of is the corns on my 4th toes - OUCH!!!! I can't believe I'm only 8.0 lbs away from goal!!!! I think I can reach goal by the end of August or even before, we'll see. I'll give it my best shot. Today is my Intermittent Fasting Day and It's going great. Well, I'm going over to my Bingo site.
