Oh, man, yesterday turned out not to be as bad as i thought it would be, nutritionally. I was just so busy, I didn't have time to MAKE any food, so I got 1/2 the usual fiber. (booooo!!)
And, of course, I'm having trouble every day keeping my carb-quota in check. On the other hand, it's still pretty low, so I'm trying to figure out if I need a high-carb loading day.... hoom hoom hoom.
Today means roughly 35 lbs lost since my high-weight. 2-3 lbs 'til 205, 4 lbs 'til 25 lbs lost since the official doctor weigh-in. Then it'll just be 4 lbs 'til I'm at 199. Which is a big milestone for a couple of reasons. Small goals make it easier to have something to concentrate on, and I like having little milestones to celebrate.
