2106 kcal Fat: 79.05g | Prot: 106.93g | Carb: 259.95g.   Breakfast: Granulated Sugar, Hard Bolied Eggs, Fuji Apples, Sugar in the Raw Packets, Freshly Brewed Coffee (Grande). Lunch: cole slaw, biscuit, green beans, roasted chicken breast, Navels Oranges. Dinner: Brown 'n Serve Flake Rolls, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roasted Garlic & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, tex mex pork tenderloin. Snacks/Other: Vanilla Ice Cream, Low Fat Brownies, Hall's Defense Vitamin C Supplement Drops. more...
