worked out, had a quick cup of coffee w Sally, then came home to get ready to go to Thomaston. Got there before 1. We had chicken salad etc for lunch then went to the flea market place, where we each bought a rag type rug from India. I attended her yoga class, then we went home to dinner of salmon, salad, rice, etc.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
