Not logging, probably won't, even though I KNOW it's beneficial to those who are just learning. Simply don't have the time at present. Weight currently fluctuating between 138 and 141 on pretty much induction. Some days I might hit 25 carbs, but I lose ketosis. Daily intake is still under 20, but it's a very easy way of life. Haven't missed a single day since Jan 2013. Don't intend to. Don't take "days off". Don't eat anything off plan intentionally. I have had a few days where I'm sure something I ate (definitely at a church function, or at a restaurant) where something wasn't represented correctly. Mostly I eat as much green salad material as I want (dry or with mayo) ( Mayo ZERO carb only)Eggs, any way, Meat (beef, chicken, pork, fish) baked, broiled, grilled, pan-fried, whatever. Flax meal muffins (or toast or crackers), Pork skins, Cheese, Tomatoes, BrusselsSprouts, Broccoli, Green Beans, and all the coffee, diet coke and sugar free jello I can stand in one day. And all the variations you can make. Basically I eat as much as I want when I want it. That means some days the calorie count goes well to 4000 and some days it never makes 750. However, I still (don't know why or care) use Ketostix on a regular basis.... maybe just to prove I'm not missing something somewhere
139.6 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Such a great way of eating! I truly support and approve it and also strive to eat as much healthy fats as I can. But these 4000 calorie days are a bit frustrating, aren't they? Would definitely try flaxseed muffins!
