The day before yesterday I was 143.8. Since my long run on Saturday I have increased in weight. I think this is common though. I will wait it out a few days and see if the scale goes down...this is depressing!
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
