another emotional rollercoaster week. Dr. changed dosage on 1 med. I think it's to the good tho!! even with instability, weight has remained steady, and I'm finding it easier to keep calories up and exercise in check.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
