My official weight this morning is 132.1kg.
Always happy with the 1st week drop being so high but it will settle to lower rate of loss from next week.
I've got some new food ideas to try and my Coconutty Gluten-Free Low Carb Wraps are becoming a staple food favorite of mine(yes I know it sounds biased). Still busy with the commercial packaging of the premix but those that are buying from me directly before they get into stores are also loving it!
