I've decided to start on the second phase of the Dukan Diet, which is the cruise phase.

I've done 45 minutes of yoga today with 30 minutes of hula hooping :)

I'm starting night shifts again tonight, for 3 nights and although I will be following the diet as planned, as the first day will more or less result in 4 meals in a day (an extra one in the night), until the second night, I'm hoping this won't effect my weight tomorrow.
