Hooray!

Lost another 1lb :)
I ate a lot of asparagus on the PV day yesterday and it seemed to help a lot! I drank a lot of water to keep hydrated :)

Although I'm on nights, and I'm very tired, I still did 15 minutes of hula hooping today, although I felt to tired to do my usual 1 hour of yoga
