Gained back 2 pounds! The 4th of July AND a weekend full of family visiting, bday party, dinners out DID NOT help. I guess you could say that I didn't really follow EFS at all last week except for a few meals here and there and working out a few days. I'm back on track starting yesterday and HAVE to stay on track bc I leave for vacation in 9 days!!! I was hoping to get to 125 by then, but with last week's set back, I'd be happy to get to 127/128.
