Well, I went up 2.5 pounds, but didn't work out or drink my water; so, really it's my own fault. Will work better at it this week. Starting with working out tonight!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
