19" lost all over in 2 months
8.4lbs
weight training 4x a week and hiking 5, running 1 or 2x
6.6lbs to meet my next goal
146.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
