arrrggghhh!! not sure if this is from not taking PGX anymore (which I thought wasn't doing much for appetite/satiety)but this is bad. how do you just gain 8 lbs in 2 months?? I hate my so-called metabolism!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
